We are honored contributors to the the amazing and valuable board certification program developed by our partner and global governance expert, Dr. Fred van Eenennaam. Started more than a decade ago, the program went dormant during the COVID months. It's back and ready for June! 

 

Join us to update your knowledge of the complex world that directors face in 2023 and the future. During four full days, all important aspects of governance will be addressed, spanning global governance, AI, risk management and the ethical dilemmas of our board work we face today and in the future.

  • How to translate US practices to European governance
  • What are the global oversight challenges board face in disruptive times
  • What should be on the board's agenda from 2023 forward to create share future value and CSR
  • How boards deal with innovation, global ventures and agility
  • How to make good decisions in moments of truth
 
The program includes the Harvard Case Method, along with board simulations, dilemma-solving exercises and personal reflection. In a room of people from diverse industries, functions, countries and backgrounds, you have the challenge to make decisions. You will be put in the shoes of decision makers facing challenging situations with the task to answer the question: "What would you do in their place?"  Sample cases include: Tesla, Imtech, Walmart, Goldman Sachs, Hewlett -Packard and more.
